Aura Pilates respects your privacy and your
personal data will only be processed in
confidence and in accordance with the relevant
privacy legislation (AVG, Telecommunications
Act and the Personal Data Protection Act).

Processing of personal data

Personal data means those data that can be
used to find out your identity. In this regard,
Aura Pilates distinguishes between (i) personal
data that you actively provide to us and (ii)
personal data that are automatically obtained
by Aura Pilates for technical reasons.

The personal data you actively provide to Aura
Pilates include the name, contact details,
preferences and other details you have made
known to Aura Pilates (for example during a
registration procedure or in a contact with one
of the participants of Aura Pilates).

In addition, during visits to the Website some
technical data of your equipment will
automatically be acquired by the systems of
Aura Pilates, such as the IP address used by
you, the operating system, the internet browser
used and (in some cases) the last internet page
you visited.

Purposes of processing

The (special) personal details obtained and
processed by Aura Pilates will only be used for
the following purposes:

• To carry out the order you have given us or the
  services we oAer (such as sending you the
  requested information, placing your comments
  and reactions, etc.); – For the processing of special personal data
  (for example about your health) we will ask you
  for written permission via the intake form that
  you sign;
• To be able to contact you;
• To inform you about new products and/or
  oAers from Aura Pilates (whether or not these
  are geared to the areas of interest indicated by

• To analyse and improve the services of Aura
  Pilates (including the measurement and
  analysis of statistical data on the use of the

The newsletter will be sent to (i) persons who

(ii) existing clients of Aura Pilates. At the bottom

changes made to this Privacy Statement and to
enable you to refuse the use of your data for
